The difference between townies/town dwellers/Barbarians.
Townies have certain attributes that we Barbarian folk despise.
Townie Attributes:
-Greed
-The unrelentless Hunger for Power
-Backstabbing
-Relies on Stats and Money
-Would do almost anything for a coin or two
-Blindness, they don't understand that they are no better then anyone else. Royalty, or anyone for that matter shouldn't rule them.
-Arrogance
Barbarian Attributes compared to Townies:
-A sense of joy for being who you are, you don't have to act like you're not someone else
-While some Barbarians hunt constantly, it is not for the stats, but for the pleasure of that hunt itself
-We are some of the trustworthiest bunch. We have a brotherhood that cannot be broken by ANYONE
-We rely on each other for support
-Money does not have a huge importance for Barbarians; we all would give our last coin for one another
-We believe that NOONE is better than us, not even King Yuri himself. Most of us would kill him if we had the chance
-Humble your foes. (Beat them into submission again and again until they get a new attitude towards you or your brothers) But never boast of your deeds arrogantly
Now as you read this scroll, keep in mind there ARE differences between a Townie, and a Town Dweller. A Town Dweller lives in comfort of their city's walls and guards. Many Town Dwellers are a Barbarian's best friend. They do not hold the traits of a Townie.
Now keep in mind that a Townie does not have to live in a town. They get branded out of their own ignorance toward others.
Townies make me sick. If they would only realize they are significant and not a nameless, fameless bunch, then maybe they could be a force to reckon with. But arrogance and the other attributes destroy that dream. Good Riddance,
