Wander around the edge of the cliff, until you see another set of dual stairs...Go up and over those...At the next set of dual stairs...go up...then, head east...
Go up the next set of stairs you see...then up again...Go east and down the steps...Then head north east, and you will see the gate to the Wilderness town...which you reach by going down one more set of steps...

From the north, or east entrances to the wilderness, head to the area east of the sheep fields...(that would be almost due south from the Arctic entrance...and East-South-East from the Buya entrance)...
When you reach the cliffs, head north til the cliff turns east...(or if coming from the Arctic, you may simply head south)...there will be steps there...climb them...headed due south...
Continue south, climbing and descending the next two sets of dual stairs...continue south and soon you will see the side entrance to the Wilderness Village...
