The legend of the stone guardians dates back to the time of the Kimesh vally. A feirce battle between the Nomadic barbarians and the Dragonic barbarians had just been won by the Nomadic elder, Min-Khan. Realizing what he had done to the Dragonic barbarians, Min-Khan had fled to another land leaving his tribe alone.
The tribe soon discovered that their beloved elder had gone missing. They packed up their equiptment and left in search of their elder. They searched Far and wide, by sea, by mountain, by snow. They had almost givin up hope when they came across a small village in the north west. They spotted a burnt out campfire and a deer carcase, They knew for sure that their elder had been here recently. They followed what they could make out as his trail untill they were lead to a small hole in the ground. 1 by 1 they slipped into the hole and sure enough, they found their elder.
As it turned out, Min-Khan had been working very hard on restoring the hole and now it was almost a completely livable area. They all swarmed up to their long lost elder. Each of them asking why or where or who. He arose to silence them all. When all was quiet, he started to explain. He explained how he was blinded by his anger and his rage. How we led his 4 best heroes K'in Maoreson, N'Tang Veihell, Fahl R'onwan, and K'rin Shintaru on a suicide mission. And how when he realized what he had done, He tried to run away from it all.
Suddenly a great pain and exaustion swept over Min-Khan and he collapsed. His soul floated away and in his departure, he left a small stone for his tribe to remember him by.
His tribe morned the death of Min-Khan and the deaths of their fallen heroes. They began to construct 4 Stone figures to honor the 4 heroes who had saved their elder. They sculpted them wearing the godly dragon's skin to show their efforts in defeating Chung ryong.
Till this day the statues of K'in Maoreson, N'Tang Veihell, Fahl R'onwan, and K'rin Shintaru still stand near the stone tablet watching and guarding the barbarbians in their newfound home.
